MFP-3D Atomic Force Microscope Piezo Force Module
The piezoelectric response microscope module enables electromechanical measurements at the nanoscale.
The piezo force module enables ultra-sensitive, crosstalk-free measurements on piezoelectric materials, including ferroelectrics and multiferroics, by allowing for high probe bias voltages (up to ±220 V; up to ±150 V for the MFP-3D Infinity). It is available on all MFP-3D AFM/SPM models except for the MFP-3D Origin.
